Mark Pace-Floridia serves as Vice President of Operations at MiRus, overseeing global manufacturing and supply chain operations for the Siegel™ Transcatheter Heart Valve System. He brings extensive leadership experience in medical device manufacturing, engineering, and operations, with a particular focus on transcatheter heart valve technologies. Prior to joining MiRus, Mark held senior leadership positions at Boston Scientific and Neovasc, where he directed manufacturing operations, expanded production capabilities, and supported the development of innovative cardiovascular devices. His international experience spans the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, and Italy. At MiRus, he focuses on operational efficiency, scalable manufacturing, and strengthening the infrastructure to support the continued advancement of the Siegel™ valve program.
