Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable individuals to join our production team as Sewing Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise hand-sewing tasks as part of the assembly process for high-quality medical devices. This position is ideal for candidates with sewing experience who are eager to develop their skills in a regulated, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed hand sewing and stitching as part of medical device assembly
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
  • Learn and apply new techniques through structured training
Training Program

All new hires will participate in a comprehensive 12-week paid training program designed to build the foundational skills needed for success in the Sewing Technicians role. The training focuses on both technical skills and industry-specific standards to ensure a high level of quality and precision.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Ideal candidates possess:
    • Excellent hand–eye coordination and fine motor skills
    • Patience, focus, and high attention to detail
    • Ability to follow precise instructions and quality standards
    • Interest in healthcare, manufacturing, or craftsmanship
    • (Sewing, embroidery, jewelry, dental tech, or similar experience is a plus but not required.

Employee Type: Full-time Location: 1755 W. Oak Parkway, Suite 100, Marietta, GA 30062 (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
